How you pay for Rookflare
Plans are monthly subscriptions billed in euros. You pay on the Rookflare checkout page through a payment form provided by Stripe, our payment provider, and manage invoices and cards on the Billing page.

Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by card with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Depending on your country, the payment form at checkout may also offer wallets or local payment methods. It lists the ones available to you.
Which currency and billing period do plans use?
Plans are monthly subscriptions billed in euros (EUR). Prices and limits are provisional until billing launches, and taxes may apply. You will see the final price before you pay.
Where do I enter my card details?
On the Rookflare checkout page, in a payment form provided by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach Rookflare's servers.
Where do I find invoices and receipts?
On the Billing page in Rookflare. Account owners can open each invoice there.
How do I change my payment method?
Account owners add a card and make it the default on the Billing page in Rookflare.
What about refunds, VAT or paying by invoice?
This page doesn't cover them. Send us a message through the contact page and we will answer your question.
